The web host company could not assist me and told me to contact a web developer. This is very frustrating!

Does anyone know a web developer?

Just my 5 cents.
Is it reproducible? If so please describe the steps to get it reproduced.
Mention operating, system browser, phpbb version.
I'm not in web engineering but insoftware development so I'm not a lot of help but maybe I can take a look
After surfing around I suspect that the php version is now to new ( maybe 8.x) and it is not compatible anymore to forum version.
Also maybe we have problems now with a newer sql database version

HTTP error 500 is recorded in your web server's log. Mostly in the error.log.
Please check there to see what error was recorded there.
