Hi everybody,
this topic is not smurfy at all....
Is there someone, out there, as sad as me for R.E.M. decision to breakup?
20 years togheter are a lot...
Anyway, thanks guys for everything you made.
I was presented the ticket for a concert some years ago.....
I'll never forget it.
Awesone, if someone still knows dreaming.
Some days ago my little brother, Mr. Neeno Wheelan, left me.
My brother.......now also R.E.M.
The best things of our life just simply will wait for us in another world.
We'll smile again togheter!

I haven't heard of it yet, and can't say they are among my favorite bands..but that is sad news :???:

Well, to be honest, their best album in my opinion was "Green" which was released before they were really famous & it's one of my favourite records of all time. Up until "Losing my religion" I still quite liked them but I haven't liked anything by them since :???:

It's still sad when a band quits after so many years but I'm sure that the band members will have other projects up their sleeves.
