I remember seeing it before Max, but I don't think it came with a smurf behind the wheel, but I could be wrong.
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

I have seen this item aswell as a differnt one on ebay many moons ago, but never with the smurf in it.
Please give us some more details on it.
