I'm not going to bid on these (they're out of my normal price range as usual with this seller), just wondering if anyone knows what they are... since the seller mentions them as being in the smurf catalog (pages 300&301)...

Hi!!!They are not smurfs, so I never understood why they appear on DSK :-? :-? :-?

I am not sure 100% but I have read that they were manufactured by Bully, when this company lost their license to make smurfs...I think the most common were the green snicks...At least they were sold in Spain usually in green

And here you are a link with some info about sniks:

It's a good question why are in the DSK, I think it is because there big similartity to the smurfs, so that same sellers who don't know it, sell them as "green smurfs" or so...
I could not imagine to collect them, but nevertheless own one that came in a smurf lot: It is a black snik on a potty... :)

He has the marking: Bully GERMANY

Thanks for the info and link pitufo :thumbsmurf:

Interresting read :)
And similarities are uncany! Specialy this blue ones.
I would probably buy them, if the seller didn't want so much for them. lol

I do find it interresting, that on that page there's a lot of mention of the variety of diferent sniks colors, but he doesn't mention blue.
Which either makes me believe that they're either very rare (like the seller states) or they're repaints-

Do you mean the page Tojo posted the link? It says:

Coming in a range of colors such as black, blue, green, red, yellow, orange, pink, purple and white, these fun little friends are very colorful, indeed!

So, here it is.. :)

I wouldn't either spend much money on them, here you find a listing of many of them:

LOL, that's what I get for fast reading :)

BTW, you're also fast reading, it was Pitufo who posted the link, not Tojo ;)

Guess the only one I really like is that jet one :)

I have to admit, I am not into Snicks either but there have been some interesting combination of smurfs / sniks in the past. Sorry, I can't find any pics right now but I will have a search for them, I do remember some very "interesting" and "rare" figures.

Edit.

Here is a pic that Dirki showed a few years ago and is on his website:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Hello!

I have four Astrosniks comics published in Spain in 1984. They were made in Spain, written by Jaume Ribera and drawn by Fresno´s (Carlos Fresno & Luis Fresno, brothers). They are really interesting. A fifth album was announced, but I think it didn´t appear.

You can see here some images from Astrosniks comics:

I've got Astrosniks happening at Toy Dreamer. About the same size as smurfs and pretty cute.

But where's the fun in that Andrew? What do you do 3 weeks later when you have all 12?

Start collecting smurfs I guess :D

I agree. All too easy with so few.

There's something brilliant about smurfs and the never ending collecting saga that is involved. :-D

I know I will never get them all at least but I agree with you as it's part of the reason that keeps everyone interested as there is so much and so many different areas of collecting when it comes to smurfs.

I do wish I had them all....it would take me the rest of my life just to catalogue them and add them to my site anyway
