22 September for me Andrew.

Just remember, if you really really buy a few smurfs for Mrs Dyar and she does want them, send them to me!

:-D :-D :-D :-D

Cheers,

David

Of course you can be added Gerda....please forgive me. I knew there was someone important and noble missing but Syd was distracting me with talk of his Rollerskating adventures when I typed this up.

Gee David...how could I forget your B'day. When I put this list together from the other thread I didn't bother writing your name down as I knew I would remember it.....then I had dinner which must of been good because when I came back to type it all up I totally forgot.....shame on Dyar. I will make amends quicker than you can name the first 60 smurfs in the language of Eskimo.

I know I´m not very important smurf person :(
Still it would have been nice to be at least in one list :-(
Snif....mine is January 15th...snif...I´ll make my own list...

Thank you Staci.
Let´s hope Dyar has another great meal and doesn´t notice my name on his BD list :)

Hey who added JT to my list....remember what I told you all that JT was not allowed......oh bloody heck....who's list is this anyway?...huh huh Stace...I mean who floated to the top of the surface sideways and made you king fish.

Sorry JT, I didn't know what date your birthday was but thanks for mentioning it and thanks Stace for adding it....she really is a nice fish you know when she isn't going piranha on you or hasn't woken up on the wrong side of the tank.

JT, do you know when Pauli's Birthday? I would like to include him as well. Pauli if you see this please let us know.....same goes for anyone else who hasn't posted their birthdate here yet.

Thanks everyone

Dyar

It´s ok if you didn´t know my Birthday. But I assure you, I have one. At least I think I had one, once.
I don´t know when Pauli´s Birthday is or was :-?
I think he might know that :)

Are you an Aries Dogbert? Or Taurus? I think it is only me and the Framster that are Aries, am I right Fram? And the only people we are meant to get on with are Leos and Saggis, so that's Lucie, Simon and Naish. :)

No offense Karen, but I really really dislike astrology. Please don't stop talking about it, only don't expect me to join the fun (and I guess you only intended it as fun)
:sheep: Bored of normality, why not go smurf? :sheep:

Postby Guest » Wed Dec 08, 2004 5:08 am
Well I am deeply offended Fram

giggle giggle :)

Seriously, I never read my stars, I don't seriously dislike it though. Ooo what did astrology do to make you hate it so much Fram? LOL :) :) :)

Postby Guest » Wed Dec 08, 2004 5:09 am
Or shouldn't I ask that question? :)

Postby Fram » Wed Dec 08, 2004 5:49 am
It's the sheer stupidity of it that offends me. How can people possibly believe such things? I don't mind if it's really for fun, but often it isn't. Serious magazines (at least here in Flanders) run horoscopes amongst their good journalism, and noone seems to find that strange.
I'm also on an astronomy bulletin board (I'm absoluetly not an astronomer, but the topics discussed are fairly broad and it's often fun and interesting), and sometimes there come people ther that believe in astrology. Most people there strongly disagree :-)

I feel the same about religion, but that will offend much more people, so I prefer not to discuss it. I enjoy the holidays, I'm not that serious, but religion, astrology, believing in magic, precognition, whatever, can really get on mu nerves. So I'll not discuss it here, as it's a very sensitive issue for many people, and completely irrelevant for the board. (same goes for politics)
That's just what I'm going to do, I will not try to stop other people from mentioning it of course.

Actually Fram, without saying too much, I can see we are going to get on like a house on fire (that means extremely well in English in case you haven't heard that expression before) when we meet up in Belgium. What's precognition? At the risk of sounding completely thick!!!

Karen it means "of a supernatural kind "

I looked it up in the dictionary :)

Ooo things that go bump in the night!!! That happens a lot round here, but it is usually my kids falling out of bed! :-D

Postby Fram » Wed Dec 08, 2004 8:53 am
Well, I don't believe in kids falling out of the bed :daz:

I'm glad we will be going along, I like making friends!

Fram, you do believe in Santa though, pleeeeease don't tell me there's no Santa.... :xmas:

Totally with you on all the points you mentioned though, tell you one thing I do love discussing though, it's those little blue and white figures that were around when we were kids, what were they called..... ah yes, smurfs, I love discussing smurfs. :partyon:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......
