Hi All

Can anyone please provide me with some information/history regarding this Papa Smurf. From looking at Sgt Papa's it tells me it was from Germany. I would imagine it was actually West Germany.

I have that papa too , well I guess , it`s the same one?
Mine is still in the original package, it`s made by the famous german doll factory Schildkröte

I asked the company but they said that they had no records from such a long time back :-?

When was it made/released?
In Australia it was sold for Christmas 1980. :cheers:

Thanks everyone for their assistance with this. Even though it was sold in Australia you rarely see these ones for sale.

I received mine through someone selling a collection of PVC smurfs that used to belong to her now adult children.
