Mistake by Schleich on the moviesmurfs

Since the moviesmurfs will be removed from production next year I wanted to check with you if you had noticed a thing on them. :o

I don´t know if you have talked about this earlier, but Schleich have actually made a mistake in the molds on some of the moviesmurfs. It is a unusual and pretty "big" mistake if you ask me?? I don´t know how they could miss such a thing with so new smurfs.

See if you can guess what mistake I mean!! :-D :cheers:

As you may know the movieset was the last smurfs made without the addressmarking. After that all new smurfmolds got the addressmarking. These smurfmolds were made in 2008 and sold first time in 2009. :D

All the smurfs were then as usual marked with 08.

But when they changed the marking on these smurfs they actually made a clumsy( I do not mean the smurf :lol: ) mistake. They made a classic "chinese fake mistake" and got the marking wrong. :banghead: :lol: They added the year 04 on this smurf. But as we all know it was not made then. :cheers:

So on 2 of these smurfs the marking tells us they are 4 and 5 years older than they actually are. :-D

I have a Camerman which has 03 and Soundman with 04.

Do we know if all of the movie smurfs with address markings have the potential of having the incorrect year or just a random few.

Only 3 of them have this mistake. And those 3 always have the wrong year together with the addressmarking. It was never corrected. Or do anyone have any with correct years?

That is correct about the first ones sold Pierre. But the mistake was made when they changed to the addressmarking. Do you have all these smurfs with addressmarkings with correct year? :cheers:
