Hi everyone,

as you know I like posters and pictures of smurfs from the old days where we can see odd and rare variations, and also date them approximatly.

I don´t know if we already have shown a picture of the orange fries smurf before? The cataloguepictures and posters from the years the smurfs were released are many times a bit unreliable since they many times shows prototypes that never were made.

But in this case it is a poster made many years after the first french fries smurf was made. So this tells us the orange fries are definatly a genuine varaition sold by Schleich. the poster is a french poster from Mafi, so it could be that the orange fries is a variation made for France?? :-? :D Or just a variation used for a short while together with the yellow one, since both variations are shown on the poster. :-D

In Sweden the smurfs are blue ( and yellow).

Wonderful, Andre..thank you for posting :D

I never doubted it's a genuine variation, but it's great to finally see some solid proof

Do you know from when that poster is from and can you post a picture of the full poster?
