Hi,
my name is Flo, I'm 29 y.o. and live in Germany (south west). I've been reading the threads in this forum since I decided to collect these cuddly blue creatures called the Smurfs (that was 3 months ago...) :)
So my collection isn't that big. Maybe round about 130 little smurfies... But I'm working on it :-D

With the pic enclosed i want to say "Happy Easter" to all the members of the forum.

smurfy greetings
Flo

Hi Flo & a big :welcome: to the forum

It's great to see another German member here. I think 130 smurfs in 3 months is an excellent start to your collection :D

Where in the south west do you live if you don't mind me asking?

Hope to see you here often.

Hi @ all,
and a BIG "Thank You" for the very, very warm welcome :D :-D :D

@Tojo: do you know Schwetzingen? It's between Heidelberg an Mannheim.

Postby Tojo » Mon Mar 24, 2008 3:57 am
Isn't Schwetzingen famous for its asparagus (spargel)? I haven't been there but I know the area as Mrs Tojo comes from Eberbach which isn't all that far away.

Incidentally I've bought many of my smurfs from a very nice seller who lives in Leimen. She has very good prices.

Hi Flo, and a BIG warm welcome from me too..I hope you enjoy the forum..lovely pictures, thanks for posting them :D
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

I loved the pictures... and I wondered... where did you get the underground for your smurfs village? It looks really nice

Hi,
yes, Tojo, you're right. Schwetzingen is famous for its asparagus. I know Eberbach as well. It is half an hour after Heidelberg.

The display is a "playground" for my smurfs, which I tinkered in many many hours. I know it is a little bit strange for an adult man to build such a display but it was really funny to do it.
There is also a "mountain" with a cave an a little creek, where the smurfs can go swimming
I'm going to make some more photos so you can a little bit more of the display.

have a smurfy day,
Flo

Can't wait to see pics of your display Flo! It sounds amazing, and I wouldn't worry about being a grown man and doing this sort of thing because we all do it too! :-D Have a look in Landscaping & Display. :D

Hi Hilary,
I've just added some pics to the "Display & Landscaping" section
