Hi All,
I was just wondering how many really big smurf collectors there are out there who don't come onto forums, etc... who are generally under the radar for most of us, but who have amazing collections of extremely rare smurfs?
Cheers,
Tommo

I dare not give names, but you'll find very interesting collections in Belgium... .

I found this article about a UK father and son collecting team. Actually, they appear in several UK newspapers all about the same time period a year ago in November 2017. I found it interesting because in one of the articles it says that the father began helping his son collect to help with his son's autism. (I think it was autism.)

I would hope so Martin :) Does Bernd collect or just sell? Are there any collections that you know of that have blown you away with the amount of rare/colour variation smurfs?

I have seen 2 German collections some of which formed the basis of bernd's and andy's preiskatalog books...…

one of them in particular was mind blowing..... :!:

Stuff I have not seen before eg coburger apotheke alchemist promo, apple dark green etc etc etc

It's nice to see Gerda being mentioned in those articles & she posted a reply in the 2nd one. It's a shame she doesn't post here any more. Maybe she's active on the facebook site but I don't go there...
Tojo McTonyson - Okarben's Bagpiper Extraordinaire.... :partyon:
