I am still looking into the moving of the forum and database but with no luck so far but will of course give some warning as to when this will happen.

Maureen...I am not a very "sporty" guy...I only practised squash, and I try to walk two hours a day...This last sport is not a very risky one Try out it and you will see you don´t get hurt!!!!!!!!!

Hi Joaquin,
I agree with you on that one....I try to walk daily in my woods with my dogs...and so far I haven't gotten really hurt although I have tripped over some roots once in a while and once nearly over a poisenous snake.. Since then I take a stick with me when I walk
