I have dropped them a note stating that it would be wise to remove these pictures as they are clearly not theirs and it could potentially make all completed sales invalid.

The seller has been in touch with me, apologised for using the pics and promised to never do it again.

That's awful. I just don't get some people. I bet they'd crack it if they bought something on Ebay and when they recived it it wasn't the same as the picture in the auction!
