I've made a video like Dominique, of some of my smurfs. If anyone wants to look at it, you can find it here:

http://www.nationalfriends.co.uk/video.htm

I've got alot more since going to the fair like the french rugby and the praying smurfette..but it gives you an idea of one of my displays.
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Hi Steve,

WOW, that was great, a virtual tour of some of your lovely little blue guys. I always knew you had lots of very nice smurfs but to see them altogether like this makes it much more impressive. :adore: :worship:

Thanks for making the video. :thanks2:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Yes I knew you had so many nice promos so it was actually a very sad film for me personally but I held back the tears the entire time.....until the camera panned out at the end and you saw all of those nice promo smurfs sitting in one of those beautiful big plastic Schleich displays....then the tears just flowed and flowed as I cried like a baby lying out on the floor in my office on my stomach and thumping my hands and feet with incessant bawling.

.....at least until a co-worker walked in and enquired what was the matter. I then dusted my suit off, wiped my red soaked eyes and said in a very masculine voice....."ah nothing mate"

Great film Steve. You have so many nice promos and lots of nice variations like the Skateboarder with yellow shirt (I almost lost it at that stage but I held the tears back so well you would of been very proud of me). Showing a video is a great way of seeing a collection and how they are displayed....I enjoyed it. :D

Thanks Maureen, Stace & Dyar..glad you all enjoyed watching. I actually have 2 of those displays for my smurfs now..I got another one from Karen (thanks Karen). They are what shops use to display the smurfs..the little holes at the bottom take the mini catalogues.

nice video....seems to getting very common to make a movie from the smurf collection...it is much faster than taking single shots... :)
BTW I missed some rugby variants in that video...

Skogen looks amazing. :D But I haven't got any space left at the moment. :( If only I could have a smurf room on my own... . :(
