Here I'm again with a very suspicous smurf I received on saturday...
I can't find him on my reference website (ww.sgtpapas.com)

Now I have three different smurfs on candycane at home

The first two smurfs of this triple are clear .

1. Made in Portugal (sharp marking written with a sharp bend)
2. Made in Hong Kong (fake, darker blue, fuzzy markings)

and now I received

3. Made in Hong Kong (normal blue color, clear and sharp markings) The markings are the same quality like the "Made in Portugal" (except the Made in Hong Kong witten in one line)

That's puzzling me totally.... In former times I always thought why someone will create a fake with "Made in Hong Kong" if no original smurfs exists with this marking.... and now I got one with the " wrong markings" but the rest is original...

The overall state of this smurf is not the best one but still ok..

I will buy a digicam in August and I can take pics .... til August I can't show you the markings

PS: I forgot... Got him from an italian seller as single figure... I bought him because the colors seems to be right and no one wants to bid on this smurf...

I believe there is an authentic Hong Kong Candycane smurf although I only have the obvious fake HK (darker blue) one.

I would like to someday get the authentic variation and would love to see a pic when you get your digicam as it would be interesting to see how the Portugal & HK colours differ.
