Hi luppolo, well it is very difficult to tell just from a photo but I am very wary of buying any of these colour variation tennis smurfs. There is supposed to be a genuine black and red tennis smurf but it is very rare. There have been many sold on Ebay lately so I would guess many of them are fakes.
This smurf is very easy to fake because you are painting over white paint. Here is one I have done just to show how easy it is to do and this one only took me 10 minutes. Also it was one of my first repaints so I had not had much practice. Please do not worry, this smurf will never be sold like this.
As for your tennis smurfs, as I said, it is very difficult to tell 100% from a photo but I would guess that they could easily be fakes. Sorry.
