Hi Christy, you have some very nice smurfs there. Funilly enough I have had a lot of smurfs with a couple of smurfs that I was wondering about. There is an oboe with painted dots and the rollerskate smurfette with black stoppers. I thought these might be CNT but now I see yours here I am very sure. There was also a ballerina with red base, I will try and take a pic in a little while.

Are there any markings on these smurfs? :sherlock:

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Thanks Christy. :-D

The ballerina was also in the same lot and has no markings. Also, I cannot see any green underneath the red base so I don't think it has just been painted over. :-?

Hi Christy & Rach

You both have some really nice CNT smurfs there.....I love these ones and would love to get more.

I get a little confused with Spanish Smurfs though as there tends to be at least 3 different types and I am wondering if I should call all of these CNTs or are some just Spanish Smurfs and not CNTs?

There are quite a few fakes that I have no idea what type they are. :-?

Thanks guys :D

Tor, that is a very nice smurfette and baby CNT also. :-D

I am sure I have quite a few CNTs but I haven't had a chance to go through my fakes yet, in fact I am ashamed to say most are still in a carrier bag (don't worry in indvidual lock bags) in the smurf room. :o

Like you Andrew, I do get very confused with all the different fakes and will probably be asking on here for advice when I do start sorting them. What I have noticed though about the CNTs is that they have no markings but seem to be very good quality and quite difficult to even tell they are fake. Am I correct in coming to this conclusion or do some of them have markings? :sherlock:

Hi Rach

I would agree with you except for the yellow Mechanic one that I have and so does a few others on here. It seems to have the Schleich Emblem on a few of them which doesn't make any sense....can anyone figure that one out?

On my website I have gone with Spanish Fake 1, 2 or 3 to differentiate the different types of Spanish smurfs. I know there is CNTs but I have no idea what to call the other types besides Spanish Smurfs so I thought I would just give them a number until I figure that one out.
