Lovely items Fram, glad to see the little guy isn't dropping his shoulders too much on the swing. I taught him well! :D

I also think that background is really cool and the smurf orchestra stickers are fab. :-D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

There are some really nice items there Fram that I wouldlove to have. I am still after that variation of the golfer with the white part on his shoes and the red pants....I am still after the last Silan in the Scot but he seems harder to find than the other ones....I could be wrong but it seems that way to me.

That King would be great to have as would anormal one....sorry I have to ask...does it squeak? :)

Also that rare promotional item and those transfer sticker thingies with the display. I used to love those type of things when I was kid but I am not sure if I ever had a smurf one or not...it was possible I suppose as I remember buying lots of fthem when I was about 6 and they had all types of cartoon characters available.

Some nice items....I love the Dupuis King the best as they do look very nice......someday I hope to get some of these......do you have more room on that shelf Dennis? :)

Thanks for showing us some unique items once again Fram :D

Just keep on coming with those little blue creatures as there is loads of room in my imaginary house on the beach of a beautiful carribean Island :-)

Thanks everyone.

Dyar, yes, the Scotsman is the hardest to find of the Silans, he was the only one I missed (but not any longer). The other ones may be doubles, but as there are variations of them, I'm not sure yet.
The Dupuis King is a squeaky toy, but I haven't tested him (don't want to damage him even further) .
My girlfriend used to have those transfert stickers, they were hanging on some garden table when I first met her, and they are impossible to take off again, so they are withering (weathering?) away now...

My jokey in box looks just like yours too, Fram - good to know I'm not the only one missing my gargy :) Maybe we should cut off a gargy head and put him in there? :D
:dory: Staci :dory:

But I don't have any Gargamel with such a small head :( :-D

Attom, no new camera, but some luck and getting to know the camera better.
And the background is for the transfers (the Smurf orchestra stickers), and it isn't too big, but nice.

Thanks for showing those goodies Fram. Some wonderful smurfs there - that Silan Tojo, er sorry, scotsman would be great to own. I still haven't got the regular one though (one has to make sacrifices when you've got 3 kids all demanding ridiculously expensive xmas presents :banghead: ). Still one day they will grow up & leave home - only another 15 years or so :) :o

You can call it a Tojo Smurf.....I know I do :D

You're starting to sound like Gerda :) She desperately wants a smurf room but has to wait for the kids to grow up because I told her she couldn't throw them out until they at least reached the age of 10 years.....BTW.....I haven't heard you mention the little ankle biters lately Gerda.....you do still have them don't you?

You could be onto something there Dyar.... Maybe Gerda just couldn't bear to wait for her smurf room any longer :) I'm sure there's a logical explanation though

I never told anyone that I had 2 kids before Jack did I?.....since I got the smurf room I tend to forget that little bit of my life. I wonder how they are getting along...the eldest must be nearly 7 by now and hopefully I taught them well about surviving.....I gave them each $15 before sending them away just incase so they could buy some food until they got the hunting/stealing bit downpat.....but strongly suggested they didn't spend it all at once :-?

Dyar

PS - I sometimes seriously wished I knew where they were.......maybe then they could pay me back the $15 :D

Hi Fram, i really like your transfer set . It's nice to see these come up in such good condition and intact. Your golfer is one of my favourite smurfs, he is really cute and a nice variation. We too still need the scotsman silan smurf. He , like you say is one of the hardest to find. :-D Lucie

I guess I'll have to keep an eye out for him, as many people seem to miss him.
The problem is of course that you can't see in an auction if it is the normal Scot or the Silan. I just did the gamble as I could see that the runner was a Silan, and I knew that two of the other three exist as Silan as well. Good gamble :-D

Definately a good gamble. Well done :-D Lucie

That's a great gamble Fram....it's always nice when they pay off like this. I never used to think that the Scot Silan was that rare and now I wish I picked him up when I saw him earlier rather than thinking he will come around again soon.
