Smurf house value?

Hi!

I'm not in to smurf houses at all so...
Does anyone have a clue about the value of this package?

Hard to say. All three small houses have been sold like this for a while, and they don't turn up that often like this, so I would consider it to be a more valuable variation of the normal small house. But how much more :-? Not a great amount, I would imagine...

I would agree exactly with what Fram has said. Not too high in value but not seen that often these days. :-D

Funny you should mention this....I bought one yesterday for $11 US. I think this was a pretty good price for it though as I know they would probably sell for over $20 US on ebay I would imagine.
