I was just watching Ashton Kutcher's Punk'd and he got Brittany someone or another by setting her up to reverse into a portable toilet. There was a man inside who had all blue chemical toilet cleaner on him and they came out with the line "You are going to send him home looking like a Smurf?" to Brittany.

I don't watch this programme so nice info Karen.

I watched Gremins last night and there is a scene in the toy shop showing rows of plush toys and there was a nice shot of big plush smurfs.

I was watching that last night and then we switched it over, can't believe I missed that! We have it on dvd somewhere so will need to dig it out now!

I got Gremlins from the video shop last year for Jack to watch but he got a little scared so we didn't see it all.....it's funny the difference a year makes as he now watches Terminator, X Files, The Young Ones and other shows that Mrs Dyar yells at me about letting him watch.

It's good to know where these smurfy references are spotted as I will watch out for them in the future.
