Hi Trish, the couple haven't been yet, still about 11 hours to go, I am fed up of cleaning.

Yep, we have found a house and had an offer accepted on it so we just have to sit tight and sell ours.

The trend when we were looking for a house was to have coffee brewing in the kitchen and a plate of cupcakes for the potential buyers to eat! To bad if you don't lie the smell of coffee, I don't and it really put me off! The cakes were cool though......... mmmmmm I think I better go and get some breakfast! I forgot about the time difference there for a minute, good luck for tomorrow!

Yep we had the coffee machine on. Looks quite promising with the house, the couple really seemed to like it so hopefully we may have a call in the next few days.
