if you bought the paper and you payed 1 euro more then you get the comic !! with the advertising of the paper on the comic

Yep, it's a long term action of two Flemish newspapers, where every week they give you the chance to buy one comic (in a cheaper but still nice edition) for one euro plus a coupon out of the paper (so you have to buy the paper as well). The series has been extended for a few times already and will now at least run for 65 comics. I believ one of the last scheduled ones for now is a Johan and Peewit story!
