I wonder who took the picture of the Fix & Foxi magazine?
It would be interested to know in which number this smurf was offered.

I don't know who took it. Anette sent it to me and did the translation for me.

The author of the katalog told me that he believes Schleich emblem was last used in 1979/80.

I asked Schleich's UK agents if they could tell how many were produced and they said that there was probably a way of telling how many smurfs a machine made but then this mold was used for the normal songsheet smurfs and others as well so that doesn't tell us anything. You are probably in a better position to find out how many issues of the magazine went out with the smurfs, Tor, as you speak Swedish.

These magazines are not so hard to find in Sweden and they are quite cheap. The problem is that there are so many. :banghead:

When you look at the catalogue, the latest 'first run' smurfs they mention with the schleich emblem are first produced in 1979, like the singer smurf and a few others. Of course, they can have kept on using that emblem on those Smurfs a few more years, who knows, but they made no new models with the Schleich emblem after 1979.
If some of them really only were made one year with that emblem, that make them kind of special of course, although they are not really worth more (the first run of a Smurf is probably often it's biggest one).

For these 15 that I am selling this week (I am posting the other 14 soon) I won't actually see a penny of that money. All the money (less the ebay selling fees) will be sent to the original seller. He doesn't use ebay or have paypal so part of the deal I have arranged involves me selling these 15 smurfs for him. If I had these 15 to sell I wouldn't sell them in such a hurry.

Hooray!!! I have finally finished listing those pesky Fix & Foxi smurfs, it seemed to take forever, I have been doing the photos and listings, etc. over 3 nights and it has been a little nightmarish making sure I report every little fault. I know I've gone a little overkill but I don't want any complaints for misrepresentation. I also had to add a note that the comic wasn't included as someone got confused. Yawn.......

It will be fun watching them go anyway, and seeing if they all sell, I will be surprised if they all go. Perhaps we should have bets on which one will fetch the highest price? And remember that the proceeds of the auctions are going straight to the seller and not in my pocket.

Well these little Schleich animals (with the free fix & foxi) seem to be very popular! The latest one just finished for £124! :yikes:

No Fram, there are quite a few left to go, next one in about half an hour I think. It has been exciting watching them finish as there has been quite a bit of last minute bidding going on. 8)

Edit:

Here is the list of the remaining ones. :D
