I guess time will tell about what smurfs will be retired.

Do you think Schleich will do anything to celebrate 50 years since they released their first figurines back in 1965? I hope so.

This is a very unusual theme to pick indeed. I have very mixed feelings about them although I shall buy them all of course. This isn't a theme which will interest children in my opinion but perhaps they are aiming at people working in offices and factories.

Whatever, I Hope that they sell well so that the future of smurf figures is safe & we can hope for a more interesting range for 2016

Thank you to share, Maureen.
I don't know who made the picture, but, for me, scale is really not good : smurfs are too big or too small compare to the furniture, no ?

Well, I was wondering the same.
Not yet, for me. It is the first time I am so slow to get the new smurfs and it is strange because finally I find them very nice (in pictures).

I got my set yesterday! The shop had them still in the box and individually wrapped.
They are better live than in the pictures, but still a sub-par set with respect to the previous ones.
I really hope that the rumors about new playsets to be released later this year or the next one in occasion of the movie are real!

The advertising smurf is the only one (on picture) I really like.
As I am a beginning collector and want much more other smurfs from previous years, I don't think I'll buy them (this year).
But it's such a pitty that I only read now some of you have difficulties to find (all) the smurfs of 2015 ;
there was an auction on Ebay a few days ago that was really interesting :

and

the last one with display box :D

Of course the shipping costs differ from country to country, that can make a huge difference.

I bought my set this week when I was in the department stores in Frankfurt. The first store (Kaufhof) had all of the set except for Papa so I had to go to the second store (Karstadt) to buy him. I haven't had time to add them to my collection yet as I've been far too busy but on first inspection I'm pleased with them even if the theme this year is a bit odd.

Just received mine today from Toydreamer and are very happy with them.

Though it's interesting to find all the markings except for the cavity number and Timestamp are on the back of the head or back. The cavity number and Timestamp are under the feet.

I will upload pictures on the weekend.

Yeah, that's about the price they had last time I bought them over here... around 2 years ago, since I forgot to buy them last year and then got my brother to give them to me as x-mas gift.

4.50 here in Italy too (even if I found only one shop with them)... on line shops offer discounts, that are swept away by shipping charges anyway so it's not profitable
