Great boxes Tommo!!

I am looking forward to get them also. I will probably have them some day next week depending on the german post, which sometimes takes forever!! :banghead: At least it seems that way when waiting for something!! :o

A funny thing is that I have bought 2 displayboxes like the ones Tommo showed, then a displaybox with 30 smurfs and then 10 loose sportsmurfs!!!

I hope my wife don´t read this!!!

Dyar and Staci found them in Pennsylvania just now..really surprising as we are usually the last to find them...and they got the seller's display boxes as well :-D

And thanks to Andre for hooking me up with the same German seller, I've ordered the smaller display set boxes as well....

I found these at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware this past weekend. They had several loose in bins as well as two display boxes which were still completely full when I found them.

A lot of the paint jobs were REALLY sloppy. I went through six bodybuilders before finding one that was acceptable. The one with the ball in his hand all looked like the ball was melting into his hand. Pretty messy...

It's great that everyone is finding these box sets :-D Glad you managed to get hold of some Maureen. Andre, I don't think I could ever rise to getting the box with 3 sets... not sure if anywhere in the UK does them like this. (I know the feeling as far as the other half is concerned, I have to sneek all smurfs in past my fiance after I have had them delivered to work), . I'm finding fewer places near where I live that sell smurfs now, my only options are: the shop in Nottinghill which charges £5 for current smurfs and about double the going rate for out of production ones (£60 for a Pumpkin smurf  ) ; Harrods and of course; the internet, which is my main place to buy them. As there are only going to be 5000? sets released will these sell out quite quickly? Do we think that Schleich will release all future smurfs as box sets as well as individually and also (this got me thinking when I thought about the limited release of these box sets) how many smurf collectors does everyone think there are? Ball park figure. :-? Also, roughly, how many of the Decade box sets would have been produced?
