Old molds for 20736, 20741 and 20743 ?

They are all new molds. The swimmer & the sprinter resemble the old mold ones, but I like the new ones better!
Weight lifter Smurf and Horse riding Smurf are the 'normal' equivalent of the corresponding 'supers', and here too I like these recent ones better!
I also like the idea of multiple smurfettes, the beach volley one will make a pair with the old beach volley smurf.
In all, the Schleich guys made a really good job!

YAY I like them yeah some of them do resemble the old ones but im happy that there in the old lovable smurf style and not the movie type yay!

Bluebell prefers smurfs with white hat and pants BUT these will go nicely with previous 'sporty' releases - they will look great in the Bluebell "Oilympic Stadium" (I think the original 'athletes' must have retired to be TV pundits by now!)

A "little" recycling of some old molds, they could have changed them a little bit more, even if only face expression, but they are great anyways!

I think after the disappointment of the last few years, I am soooo happy that smurfs look like smurfs again..I don't even really care that some are revamped old molds. Truth be told, I expected some to be a rework because Schleich has been doing it for a few years, and from a monetary standpoint it makes sense, especially in a bad economy.

Just happy we get 10 new ones..and it's easy to see variations coming out or even promos

I just noticed that the smurfs all seem to belong to different teams which is surprising...don't think there is a team color, is there.

As far as we know, these will be released in May 2012...and they should be available individually

You are correct about the Olympic stadium....I can already see myself having lots of fun with them
