I went to see the latest Pirate of the Caraibeans tonight and in the foyer of the cinema there is a large prop advertising the Smurfs movie in 3D.

It's the first time I see it in there! The Prop is basically the poster of the Smurfs getting into a carriage of the underground at Time Square Station: The Smurfs stuck in the double doors are in 3D. :) Very cool. Quite big: It's about 2.5 metres tall by 1.5metres wide...

I took a pic of it with my phone and will post it soon.

Hiya David,

hope all is well..good to see you here. I saw a poster in my cinema saying coming soon, but not a big prop..sounds cool, look forward to seeing it :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

We have the same cinema display in the Megaplex Marion cinema. I was told about it by a workmate so headed there last weekend to take a look & pose for a photo, hehe. I love that display. No idea how it'd fit it in the smurf room but it would be awesome to own.

Me thinks so tracker Smurf. lol Either you 2 feet tall Bradley or that thing is huge. I now have to figure out how to knock a hole in my ceiling for it to fit. Well that is if I can get one.

I just saw this in person at the theater today and it is quite large. I haven't set up mine yet but It will not fit in my apartment that is for sure. I think it will be set up in my classroom.

It's hard to tell how tall it is. 3 meters or 10 feet would be my guess. I don't think even if I took out my ceiling it would fit in my house.

Don't know the exact measurements but we put it together today and it barely fits in my classroom.
