I thought I share this with you...

My good friend from California send me these Smurf Cookies just a while back and I finally got the pictures up on my website. He told me that these
Smurf Cookies belong to June Foray (voice over actress who did Jokey Smurf on the cartoon) before she gave them to him over a year ago after
they been sitting on her shelf for so many years. It was a shocking surprise because I did not expect this in the mail. My other shocking surprise
about this was, that I had not realized she had signed the box till after I got home from work. This is one Smurf item that is going to be with me
for a very long time and it looks great next to the Smurf mugs & plates. LOL! I love the art on the box.

Thank you for sharing, Smurfsterocks

You have quite a nice collection of items with her signature now...well done :D

I like that box..and it's interesting to see that the stickers came with it. I always wondered where those stickers came from...and here is one answer :-D

bwalters,
The box is marked 1984 on them. I don't think anyone will appreciate
sharing the Smurf cookies with them. LOL!

Thank you Smurfers for your comments.

The box is still sealed and the cookies are still inside. I was curious of what
sticker is inside the box and notice that underneath the box there's a slit
where I can actually see inside the box and saw the sticker that's in there.
So the sticker that is in there is the Smurfette sliding down the rainbow.
As seen in the picture on back of the box. (lower right hand corner)

Hey Smurfsterocks the cookie's have to be better than the gum, they arn't as old. :) :) :) . I didn't expect you to share the cookies. I also have lots of sports stuff and some of what I have is Wheaties boxes. In the sports world they recomend that you take the food out of the boxes. Because eventually the bugs will find it. That is not what I recomend, but they say it doesn't affect the value of the box. I took all the food out and filled them with packing peanuts. Again I would wait until the bugs find the food before I make a decision about taking it out.

It's a smalll box. (5.5 in. width - 6.5 in. height) So I put clear plastic wrap
around it, where it will keep the dust and bugs away from it and I can still
display it on the shelf and show the great art on it.
