Would be interested in seeing your set when it arrives, Al. I've been thinking of doing the same as the price seems reasonable. :-D

Postby Tojo » Tue Oct 21, 2008 5:09 am
I had to pay €31 for my 54 eggs & didn't have the whole set although I had 18 figures. Thanks to Ingo that will soon be put right though :-D

£20 is less than €30 so the price isn't bad. You don't get all that sickly chocolate though :)

Well Tojo, if you don't want the choccy, you may just pass it over to me. Kinder choocy is really yummy. ;)

I think there comes a certain age when you outgrow Kinder choccy, Dom :winks:

When I spoke to Granny last Friday and told her we will have a lot of Kinder eggs choccy to consume, she wasn't thrilled at all...not one little bit

Not that I say Tojo is close to Granny's age....but :neener:

Oi!! Less of the cheek you!! :) :) :)

Thanks to Ingo's package which arrived today I now have the complete set :-D :-D :-D

Yipee!!!!

I like them especially when displayed with Papa in the middle & 4 on either side of him. The leaflet that comes with them says something like 'one of Papa's experiments went wrong & that's why the bases are all mixed up'. I've sorted out his cock-up though :D

There are also two kinds of bpz. So one has to complete two sets to have all of them (except for the special rare figurine).

Postby Tojo » Tue Oct 28, 2008 5:05 pm
Here is a link showing both sorts of leaflet:-

The first picture on the page also shows a leaflet with a rare special 'birthday' figure which means that there are in fact 10 figures in the set!!

Here's the figure:-

There are lots of great smurfy things to look at on that website at the moment. For example this:-

All great stuff

Thank you, Tojo..I spent quite a while looking at the stuff and reading up on it, too

Nice to see that some stores seem to be making a huge deal out of the Kinder smurfs and that they seem to be very popular :-D

No, you`re only english:-)
Because bpz means beipackzettel = the little paper with the images, that comes with the figures

Did you get both sets of the blinzingerpatars Al?

I still don't know why there's a set with photos & one with cartoons :-?

I suppose it's just a way of annoying collectors :x

Brainy and Handy are both hand drawn, and the rest are pictures.

I'm not too fussed really, its the figures that interest me. If anyone wants to trade/swap then let me know.

Al, I may get back with you in a few weeks (5 weeks hopefully) if nobody else is interested.

Granny still can't find them in the stores where she is, which makes me hope that they still carry them when I am overseas in 3 weeks :-D

I went to all 3 supermarkets here in Karben today. NOT A SMURF IN SIGHT!!!!! Even TOOM didn't have any anymore. I assume they'll have them in again in the next few days though.

What really annoys me most is that on childrens TV they are advertised every 20 minutes or so :banghead: What's the point of advertising them if the shops don't have them?

TOOM sold all of their stock within a week (a huge stack of normal eggs & all the 6-packs) but I don't understand why they haven't got reserves in the storerooms :x

rant, rave, scream!!!!! I WANT SMURFS!!!

wow! look at all the Kinder eggs in those photos!
you'd have to declare to send chocolate to Australia wouldn't you, yum.
Half the fun would be eating the chocolate to get to the smurf inside.

Brad.
