I got a set of these smurfs and I have no idea what they are. None have markings, they are made out of rubber, and the springs are part of the smurf not an after thought. I'm sure they are more than likely a fake from somewhere but would like to know more..
any help :-? :?

I have never seen those before either, Gerda. Did they come out of Hong Kong or someplace else?

I got them from another collector who did not seem to know where they came from.

I could imagine that they belong to the top of a pencil. Then they wave there when you write. Am I right, do they fit?

Good guess Yonna! :-D Is she right Gerda?

Nope they are too big to it on a pencil, the bottom is a solid metal base that is about the size of a nickel and they stand about 3 inches tall with spring. Im not sure they are suppose to do anything except maybe stand there :-?

nope they are not magnetic the person I got them from put two way tape on them so they don't topple over

This is what I was trying to refer to...

The base has adhesive on the bottom if you would like to affix your hula dancer to your car dashboard.

If I could get away with having these in my car my dashboard would be coverd... but Robert would more than likely have a word or two about that idea :argue:
