I have 2 points to make...
1. Does it hurt as much as me pointing out that you spelt truly incorrect?
2. ZZ Top are from Texas which kind of makes that a mute point....I mean the last name of the only band member without a beard is actually Beard.....that should tell you something. I was curious about going to Texas...until I went there
It could be one of the scariest places on earth if you're a normal person....and I know I describe myself as a normal person in the loosest terms of loose......but Texans are really scary
Dyar
PS - ......cos there's always a PS buster...
ZZ Top's greatest hits: odes to Texas
1. Gimme All Your Lovin' (cos no normal person would)
2. Sharp Dressed Man (about a person that got stabbed in Texas with a sharp knife to steal their clothes)
3. Rough Boy (a song every Texan male can relate to)
4. My Head's In Mississippi (The historically acurate tale of the poor unfortunate Italian national Maria Issippi who was attacked in the 1970s in Houston)
5. Pearl Necklace (another reason why Texan males scare me, at least in Hawaii it will result in me only a get a flower necklace upon arrival)
6. Doubleback (a ditty about the cons of incest)
7. Gun Love (I can now see why they have an affinity with Tennessee now....the b-side was titled Fireworks Love)
8. Got Me Under Pressure (the inspiration came from a young teenage girl who didn't want to marry at the age of 12 and be part of the religious sect)
9. Give It Up (the demo version of this song was more direct when it was titled "Squeal Like A Pig")
10. Sleeping Bag (aka bodybag)
11. Tube Snake Boogie (If a Texan offers you one of these then politely refuse and....run like the wind)
12. Legs (A tune about that old Texan past time of trying to fit the entire dead body in the boot of the car and having problems fitting both legs in when closing)
PPS - I am now never going back to Texas.....or if I do.....I won't be leaving there breathing
PPSS - Sorry Moey
