Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

:!!::!!: BAD NEWS !!! :!!: :!!:
I've just come home from the Albert Heyn in my hometown , and I had a little talk with the manager ...
He told me that the smurfs wil not be there till March the 24th (as planned), but only till March the 8th !!!! :( :(
Hi guys ,
The Smurfs action at Albert Heyn is officially over now .... :(
Yesterday the Albert Heyn took all the displays and posters out of the store , because they have a new look this Monday : Easter ... :easterchick:
So no Smurfy supermarket no more , but ......
They made 27 million smurfs , and the last 2 million are still waiting to find a new home !!
This means that you can still get a smurf for every 15 Euro you spent !!!! :-D
As long as they have them ...

I've asked for some of the posters and displays that Albert Heyn removed from the store , and they told me that I can have some !!!
I don't know now how much I can get , so I can't prommise anything yet , but I hope it's enough to make some of you happy too !! :D
I know this next week , so wish me luck guys ! :) :)

I've also found some video's of the trading day (all in Dutch) :

no. it`s not plastic. It`s made of quite thick shiney paper.
I hope, the supermarkets haven`t thrown them away yesterday.
( however...it will be impossible to send these displays by mail)

Wow, that's a big Hefty... :) :-D

But also a pity to know the auction is finished now...Ron, I'm sure, you made a good job (and have a lot of food now :) )...I'll keep my fingers crossed you'll get some things from he shop. :D

There is also a "gouden" one on ebay now...

What a shame that the offer is already over but I hope everyone can save some of the displays etc from landing in the rubbish bin. That would be a real shame.

Ron, you're a superhero for doing what your'e doing

Is this the same one that was running past 200 euros in the Dutch auction site?
Postby Lia » Sun Mar 09, 2008 10:44 am
I fear, it was 350 euros Paolo

Today, the AH smurf action (almost) ended, like Ron told us before.
The supermarkets took all promo material away, no more bonus smurfs, only 1 free smurf when you spend 15 euro. ( this week and necxt week only)
The shops now are decorated for easter, so I hope, everyone did manage to get what they wanted!

My mom went very early in the morning (7.30 AM) to her work (AH) to get some promotional stuff, and what do you think? Most of the materials were gone!!! But I get some gadgets, some pictures (I've have 2 things more):

I'm still collecting. One smurf completes another set, which makes six (excluding my own). My house is a blue mess, even more so than usual. I'm waiting with sending them out until I'm dead sure there are no more goodies coming... :D

I'm very proud to present, at the beginning I wish to get it, and now look to the picture!!

:-D
