:-D :-D :-D

Do you know if the french site ships outside of France?
I may though, wait and see if they come available in Denmark and/or Portugal, as I can save some shipping costs.

Thanks for the info. :)
There are those who believe that life here began out there...

Darn.. it would make it embarising if they have sold out... they have to continue with the 50th year celebrations and its only 2 cities through their list.
:(

I think Unicef must make a choice between supplying starving children with food and supplying smurf starved collectors with smurfs. .... We may need more united nations representatives to sway this decision in our favour. :)

I think the smurfs will come to more countries...
But for the one they cannot wait:
I know that there is a smurfshop in The Netherlands that sell the smurfs for only € 12,50.. You can take a look at www.smrf.nl
The website is also in English!!

Attom, I am sure with your talents you could paint one up to be awesome. Have you seen the contest entries?

It is very disappointing to hear these smurfs are sold out. Maybe each UNICEF will have a limited supply and will sell them on each countries site until they are all gone?

I notice they are now being sold on the French UNCIF site. Anyone tried there to see of they have them in stock?

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Some of them are painted really great. But it was supposed to be a contest for kids who found the smurfs on the Scheveningen beach... and with a lot of those Smurfs I really doubt they are painted by kids ;)

One Smurf got rejected btw... because it was too political... but I am sharing it with you guys anyway.

This one was called the Smurqa

That's what I think too. I have one on the way but I hope that the German Unicef site will have them if they visit germany too. Then I can get another couple...

It should be this week that they select another city, right? It seems to be every other Friday at least going on the two cities so far :)
