I won a couple of smurfies on ebay on Sunday. I have emailed (via "contact seller") the seller 3 times and still haven't received an invoice. He's in Belgium and hasn't quoted any postage. I know I haven't lost any money yet, but what would you do now?

I would just wait until the end of the week. There's not much else you can do really. I've not had this problem before.....sellers are usually very quick to send invoices.
If you haven't heard from the seller by Friday try asking Ebay for some advice.

I don't think I could wait 2 months! I got the invoice tonight so I've paid. I won't be expecting them to arrive quickly though.

Yes, and after I received the IBAN I told the seller to ship before receiving the payment, since two months were too much and I didn't want to wait other time after making the payment before receiving the item.
Of course she never sent the item.

Actually I didn't pay (but it was only 5 euros) and I won't until she sends me the item first.
