Hello everybody!

My name is Lia and I live in Holland. I`ve been a smurfcollector since 18 years and however I have all the normal smurfs, I collect especially the ones, not made by Schleich. I have a huge collection of crazy, strange, funny and uncommon smurfs and my favourites are the comic no toxico`s from Spain. I`ve often read the conversations on this forum and I would like to participate in some of them:-) It`s quite a smurfy atmosphere in Holland at this moment and I really like it a lot!
I hope to meet some of you on this forum!

Lia

Thanks for your messages. No doubt that I`ve met some of you on Ebay however Lia is not my Ebayname :) When I have better pics of my collection, I could show them, but I have 4 glass cupboards full of smurfs and I have not yet managed to make sharp perfect pics, because the mirrors in the back of the cupboards reflect too much

Hi Lia,

it's great to hear from you :D Your collection sounds fascinating so it would be super cool if you could show us some pictures of your smurfs. 4 glass cupboards full - wow! It sure must be exciting being in the Netherlands right now with the promotions going on.

Hi Lia. :welcome: Try taking the photos from an angle so the flash doesn't reflect off the back. If that doesn't work, try with the flash off if it's a nice light room. Sometimes that works better. :D

You'll love it on here. We're all nuts! Nuts for smurfs of-course! :-D

Those are lovely smurfs! And that cook is hilarious!

I normaly don't buy non Schleich smurfs, but I'm getting in love with those.

What are they made off? Looks like ceramic by the bright they reflect, or if it just pvc with a shinny paint on?
