Hello everyone

I just returned from Scheveningen and I was soooooooo lucky to find one of the smurfs in a street!!! Officially, the smurfstand on the beach from UNICEF will start to sell? to morrow, but many smurfs were spread over Den Haag and Scheveningen and I feel very lucky to have found one!!!

Congratulations! :D At what hour did you get there to pick up the smurf? Judging from the videos they were displaying them the night before.

I got mine at midday, after desparating looking everywhere. Then I found 2 Belgian workers on the beach, who were building up a smurfstand. They said that probably all smurfs were found already, but one of the men said that he saw a smurf 30 minutes ago. So I went again through lots of streets behind the beach and then, I noticed a smurf, hidden in a flowerpot..Imagine! I felt so happy!

Congratulations Margaret......I am really happy to hear you found one. Sometimes it's worth putting in the effort especially when it comes to finding smurfs.....and special big free ones that you have to find yourself are even better.

Thank you guys, for all your nice comments! Believe me, that smurf came in the hands of a true collector! It`s fantastic to find a smurf like that! Much nicer then buying one, however I decided to donate 10 euros to UNICEF. I wish everyone lots of luck when the Tour arrives in your countries!!

I've just returned from Scheveningen , and it was fantastic !!!!! :hyper:
There were some more smurfers there (of course) , and it was just a perfect smurfday !! :yay:
All the free smurfs from the street were already gone , so I bought myself a couple at the Unicef stand ...
I'm so happy with them , those white beauties are soooo nice ....
(I think I'm in love with a white smurf) :) :)
