Long time no see!

A smurf collector was featured as the weeks "Collector" in the Swedish show "Antikrundan" yesterday.

Antikrundan (Antique stroll) is a very popular show in Sweden where ordinary people can bring there antiques and get them valued. Usually – an old lady comes with a vase she bought at a flee market 100 years ago and the vase expert gives here a long long story and wraps it all up by saying that it's worth a million dollars. The lady says "Oh my god!".

But when Magnus Olofsson came with his smurfs to the show - the toy expert didn't know anything. :) So the TV-team followed Magnus home to his smurf room.

I'm aware that not many of you understand Swedish but I though it still might be funny for you to see.

You can see the TV-show here and there are smurfs 17:00 – 22:00 in to the clip.

Hello Tor, thanks for the link :D

I enjoyed that and at least they gave him some decent air time, and his smurf room and collection were excellent !

I did think the woman presenter was handling the smurfs as if they were toys tho :x Does she not realise their value ?

:-D

Does she not realise their value ?
I think he kept telling her their value, maybe as a word of warning. I don't know that she believed him though :)

Great video Tor, thank you for the link :-D Loved his smurf village 8)

Wow, thanks for the link Tor - I enjoyed watching that...good to see you on here again :D
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Thanks for sharing the link, Tor!!!!!A nice one!!!!!

But I don´t like the music at the end of the programme...It is a horrible spanish song called "Macarena" that smurfs are singing translated to swedish????It has been the most famous song of the history in Spain, and its authors won millions and millions of euros...But I hate the song and he singers!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Btw. is there any chance to upload the video on YouTube, please? Since Manni speaks Swedish fluently, I'd love to show him that video. :D Thank you so much. :D
