Thank you Tine :D

There is a footballer smurf you see in the UK from time to time and I am assuming it's the Bayern Munich one - the colours are very similar to the red/orange top + yellow short footballer except the shorts are white.

Would you say the red of your Bayern is more like the red of say the Hamburg shorts or UK red top smurfs - or more like the 2.0035 kicker shirt?

The ones I have with red top and white shorts are sometimes referred to as having salmon red top or orange/red top.
I will try and post a picture later except at the moment in my photo the reds all look the same :)

I know what you mean about the colours Sue, it can be hard to tell from pictures at times ! :x

I am really looking forward to seeing all of Tine's bundesliga's on her website :cloud9:

at the bayern munich the white dot is missing and all UK soccer smurfs have this white dot

The smurf I am referring to is the third one along in this line. It has no dot, the shirt colour is very similar to the 2.0035 smurfs except with white shorts. Unfortunately I don't know how to turn the camera flash off so the colours are all coming out very similar compared to the naked eye. It has a large yellow dot on left foot the same as all my other UK footballer smurfs where as none of my Bundesliga do :-? Is there another footballer mentioned in the DSK that has same colours to Bayern as there are some descriptions I can't translate so well

:scratchinghead:

If it was a bundesliga, there is no dot under foot which is right for it to be a bundesliga !

There's no dot on the shirt which makes it a no for a UK smurf, the red is not the red on uk smurfs !

There is a Danish football smurf in the DSK, but its a different ball i think and it has specific markings, where is Martin when i need him, he would know :banghead:

Maybe Tine will know if it is a Bundesliga or not :fingersx:

:-D

Hi Graham. In the past I always assumed that this was the Bundesliga one but was never sure why it was available so much in the UK. It is not especially rare, I would say you see it about as often as the red striped one :D .
I have added a couple more pics. The smurf on the right is my much loved (knackered) one from the late 70's :) (yes I did cut his toe off  ). The others were both bought on UK e-bay.

I am purely speculating, but I wondered today if maybe it is the 2.0035 but also released with white shorts for the UK market to maybe look like an england kit :-? or maybe someone has some other information on him as he never seems to get much of a mention :-D

Its definately an interesting one :D

You are right... with paint dot it is not a bundesliga..
But what could it be.. from the colors I would say a Bayern Munich but it could be a fake also... hard to tell at a pic

Hi Sue, interesting question. :-D

I would also have to agree that the fact that it has the yellow dot does indicate that it isn't a bundesliga but then the missing dot on his short is also a question mark. Can someone say, is there a smurf with these colours, with yellow dot but also with white dot on shirt. I have just checked mine and I didn't see one, just the one with black socks?

I also had the thought that he could be the Danish National Team as mentioned by Beers but again, the ball is wrong and this one does have different markings and no yellow spot.

I will have to kep an eye out for this one as it has passed my radars by so far. :D

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......
