Here is my Smurf christmas village. Thanks to mother nature it is full of snow.

Good pictures everyone, I'm not so good at the artistic thing so this is my "scene"...


Christmas in Smurfland

'Twas Christmas time in Smurfyland
And all were having a time most grand
And all around 'twas the time of cheer
Excepting Grouchy who said he's ne'r go near
Smurfberry pies with Christmas trees atop
Nor green and red sparkling pop

Baker was offended,
His very pride upended
That forsaken was his Christmas dinner
And yet not even a smile when at racing Grouchy was the winner.

Granted Harmony's carols a tune did lack
But Papa as Santa did appear with sack,
And music blened with Jokey's presents - kaboom
But still was Grouchy the face of doom.

A short panto by the smurflings
Including a communal sing,
Even Brainey as the panto dame
Could bring but a smile most lame.

So Astro asked if l 'twere a mere lust for the moon
That did make his Christmas spirit swoon,
And Grouchy replied it was for Gargey he did pine
For what if alone he was drinking his Christmas wine?

So crept these two unto his caslte
And at his door did leave a hansom parcel
But hark what did they hear?
Only Gargey with all those to him most dear -

Azrael with toy mouse did play,
Hogatha her new perfume did spray
Scrupple skillfully acted a charade
And all could be heard to be laughing most hard.

And finally on Grouchy's face a large smile
For happy had Gargamel and Azrael been all the while
And so danced he and all late into the night
By the wonderous gleam of the stars above so bright,
And as they to their mushrooms went,
A trully happy Christmas had been spent.

Wow some more great ones.....really love the scene you did Gerda with the repainted Chrissy smurfs......and I loved the smurf in the snowball in your pic Sue....that was very clever I thought.

Helen....you are very clever and went for something unique with a poem which I thought was very cool too.

Remind me to get more involved with these competitions next year.....I just won't have time before Christmas to join in as my smurfs are all packed away....but looking at the standard of everyone's here.....well, I would hate to embarrass myself publicly with something crap, which is about the limit of my creative abilities.

Well done to everyone who put in the effort.....these are great scenes
