Hi, everyone!!!!!I have found today a very interesting think when I was looking in a drawer where I had my things when I was a child: a report about Peyo that appeared in January of 1984 in a magazine called "Lecturas"...The report is not dated, but on the reverse of the pages I can read that week Weismuller (Tarzan died), so I have been able to put a date :) :) :) :)

I was a fan of smurfs in 1984 as you can imagine!!!!!! :-D :-D :-D :-D I have been reading the report and have found some interesting anecdotes:

- I didn´t know his wife helped him with the colours

- In 1982 Peyo and his company raised 650 millions of dollars with all the smurfy articles

- 38000 kg of smurfs were stolen in their way from Schleich to MAFI (the distributor in France)

The reporter talks about some dates of his biography and warns about the "dangerous" fake smurf, because their painture contains lead!!!

Hope you like this info and if it is possible I will try to scan!!!!!!!
