I just got this cook in the mail from a great seller in Belgium. I've never really been interested in the half painted smurfs but that may be because I've never found any on my own :cheers: My mom said "Look, an albino smurf" :)

A lovely paint error example Stace
:? please :-) Are these smurfs then, where somebody has gone wrong while painting them and so stopped before it's finished? Or something else ?

I believe these are like you said......that the painter has made an error (usually painted over an area that they shouldn't have). Most of mine have areas where the wrong colour was painted over another section where they shouldn't of.
