I really wish back issues of either the French or German one could be located. I've looked online, and come up with little more than circulation numbers (and the magazines seem to be selling well, thankfully). Nothing comes up on eBay that I ever see.

I have a few German ones, really like them, want them all.

I've still never seen any Panini album stickers. I'd hoped to get at least 20 packs if they could ever be found.

If you could do this for me then I would really appreciate it JPP. I can't say no to smurf things and since I can't buy a lot of smurfs these days I have to get something smurfy from somewhere.

If you are talking about the new Panini collection, with the album with the reporter smurf, there are a lot of stickers from german sellers.
If you are talking about the 1980's collection, then the packets of stickers are really rare.
I think there is a seller from UK that has these albums plus a free packet of stickers for low prices.

As Paolo said....the new Panini album is offered on German ebay...I was lucky enough to get mine from a seller who also offered me about all the stickers at the same time

Tojo, how much are the German magazines now? and do they ship them to the US? I have gotten hold of some old ones and looked at them a bit closer yesterday and enjoyed them.....

Very interesting to know they are still releasing them...When I was in Germany in March, I searched a few newspaper stands for smurf magazines or albums but didnt' see any.....so I bought Lucky Luke albums instead

Hi Maureen,

the magazines cost €2,80 each & there are 6 issues per year. There's usually one short cartoon story, one short story with the text under the pictures, some puzzles (spot the difference etc), a picture to colour in & a double sided poster. There's also some sort of toy as well. This month there's a magnifying glass with the comic. The best so far was a very cool 'Schwarzer Peter' card game in the December issue.

I'll look at home to see whether they ship to the US. Lordsmurf said to me he didn't think they do though. I've been getting some for him & sending them directly.

Yes, the editor was chnaged... Cyberpress-> Panini magazines.

Because, Cyberpress are in liquidation ( June 2007 )

Those magnets are cool JPP The German version (Schlumpf Mag) only had a cheap toy with it The magnets would have been much nicer.
