Like you we´re getting lots of water over here too...
In the last 2 months, since I assembled the pool, I've only been able to use it 4 times... and 3 of them were 2 months ago.

I can send you more: a pic of my personal beach.
See in the middle of the pic.
It's wonderful when, while you're bronzing, someone brings you a big ice cream directly on the beach
Then some swimming, or a delicious sensation under the waterfall (beyond the person on the right, in the pic, a little hidden).

Ok, ok, I understand, you prefer other landscapes.
Maybe this one, just 2 hours by car from my beach?

Wow, you live in a beautiful area! It is very hot here in New Hampshire but I'll take it. At least you don't have to shovel hot!!!

We finally seem to have some sort of summer weather over here.

It's autumn here as well - rain, clouds, wind for weeks now.
Our terrace had a leak (it's above a room & water was seaping in) so 6 weeks ago a company started to remove all of the old stuff (bitumen, cement, tiles etc) & they have now got so far that there is new bitumen & cement on it again but they can't get any further

Even though they have put a provisional roof over the terrace rain still finds it's way in & every day the cement is damp

At this rate they will never be able to put the last few layers of bitumen on & manage to get it tiled before winter arrives.....
