Hi,

every year before christmas I put this crib up together with the children.

But so faar I have not seen any nice stable to put the figurines in.

This year Schleich releases 3 playsets in september 28th. Farmlife, Wildlife and Knights.

The set for the knights 43402 has a stable I think would look great with my "christmas-assemble".

Seems perfect for your figures André.

I never like to think of Christmas too early, but when I`m on a holiday abroad, I always try to find something typical from that particuar country for my christmastree.
( the US and Canada had incredible shops, even in the heat of the summer)
So, when I decorate the tree in December, all my lovely memories of foreign countries come back. :D

Lia,

I am like you and I don´t like when the shops start christmasdecorations in october. :)

But when I was looking through my boxes I found this one and remember the picture from this years Schleichcatalogue.

My children has always loved to play with the animals around the crib at my wifes parents place during Christmas, so we started with our own crib.
And since they collect Schleich animals it is perfect that Schleich also had this crib( not in production anymore). I have used the "futterstelle" from the wildlife-serie from Schleich as stable before, but I think this one will be better. :-D

And think like this: If they releases 3 new playsets this year, we always can dream that they will release one for the smurfs also in a few years.
Maybe like these ones: a couple of normalsmurfs, one or two supersmurfs and a playset. :D Which would you pick? :)

I love your lights, Lia :-D It's amazing what all you have..especially since you only collect PVC and unusual smurfs :)

that`s right Maureen :)

Sometimes, I go to the cellar and then I find things that I did not even know that I ever bought them!
When I started collecting, I bought a lot of items that were smurf-related.
One day,I decided to collect only the figures ( because they go so well in my glass cabinets) and I sold lots of smurfy items, but also kept a lot in boxes...and that`s why,I find a surprise every now and then :)

I have the same ones as Maureen. But with the electriccables also.

I have no use for them here in Sweden because they are different here. But as you see on Maureens set the heads can be placed on new lights also. :D

I will take a picture soon.

Maureen,

it is nice to see on the front of the box that there are 2 versions.

One with only the heads and one with both heads and mushrooms. :-D

so nice to see that picture again Maureen!

André, may be I`m wrong about the name, but I often saw on Ebay.com that Canadian selllers offered christmas lights, little smurfhouses, with different color roofs.
But yours and Maureens are great!
