Am Writing to a Cousin in Exeter, and want to tell him about my Weight loss and and just want to know if i got the math right.
Went from 18 Stone 8, then went Down to 9 Stone 6, but im now back up to a Healthy 11 Stone.
Diabetes is the Reason for the Massive weight loss.
In Kilograms, 118.2 to 60 and now i'm 70.5 Kilograms

According to my mother, who went and looked at the scales, it appears to be pretty accurate.

Congrats on the weight loss. I'm hoping to get down to 11 stone or just under as well and I know it's not easy.
