8.30 a.m. Rae? I thought the time zones change by the full hour not half hour

Clocks did go forward 1 hour for us, but we are still half an hour behind NSW and WA is an hour and half behind SA

If I can get my time correct I can be there.. someone correct me if I'm wrong.. Rachel is 6 hours ahead of me?? (i'm central time zone) Is there more than one time zone in Wales? Please someone help. I don't want to take off my shoes and start counting on my fingers and toes

I thought the time differences over here are complicated but sounds they are more so in Australia

I can remember seeing a sign once when you cross over the NT / QLD border. It says "Please set your watch forward half an hour and 5 years"

Hi all

As is tradition, shall we go for a big switch on again and see how many members we can get on here at the same time to see the Christmas graphics appear? I think last year we decided Saturday was best.

In the past we have gone for 10.00pm GMT to try and enable as many time zones to be around, check this website if you are unsure - http://www.worldtimezone.com/

So, does 10.00pm GMT on Saturday 1st December sound okay to everyone?

If there are any changes or delays I'll edit this post.

I thought I remind everybody of this..

I won't be able to make it as I have to help a friend move house early tomorrow morning......I promised him I would help so it's earlier to bed for me (if I can) and early to rise for both of us.......and probably for my friend too
