Our sincere apologies to everybody who tried to access the forum in the past few hours but received the "domain is suspended" message.
When the forum was upgraded to a new server by the hosting company they didn't import our bandwith and reset it to the default size, which caused the problem. However, they now restored our site quota and we are good to go again
