Hi Sam..I think I remember reading somewhere that the SCCI got hold of some official muster smurfs to sell to their members from the Schleich factory..I can't remember where I read that, so don't quote me :)
Long, long ago, deep in the forest, there was a hidden village where tiny creatures lived. They called themselves the Smurfs. They were good.

Nice auction Sami, you find such cool stuff. :-D

Steve, I also remember reading this but it was a long time ago I think, maybe Pete or even Suzanne mentioned it. :D

As much I would LOVE to give this little lady a new home, my bank balance is saying NO.

Why is it called "common sense" when it is so rare.......

Hi!!!!!I had heard something about the story that Steve has mentioned (muster certhificate for SCCI members), but I don´t know anything about this, so I can´t doubt about its authenticity...This seller has sold recently very interesting similar items, so I suppose he was a collector...
About the price, I think it will reach about 120-150 euros... :-?

i keep asking myself this question, why doesn't a smurf collector club exist in 2007. Would there be a way to create one with this forum, like contacting schleich. I'm sure there is a way to. 50 dollar subcscription i don't know it could be a damm good idea. Star wars collectors have their club, etc. :???: Why not smurf collectors!!!

I don't think schleich listens much to smurf collectors. maybe if smurfs where bigger again like they where in the 80's... but as I recall in the 80's fan club was a BIG thing. everyone had one and in every teen magazine you opened up there was a subscription to a fan club, now with the internet things are different.

hi!

a club is a good idea, I think we already have a smurf club

just not as organized as that old one..

this forum!

just seeing all those people going to the fair from here, and all the common interests we have, all we need is a meeting once a year somewhere or a nice new smurf! limited edition , we can get Steve to make us one! :) :) :) :) :) :)

Hi...I am agree with Gerda and Attom...Now all is different than 80´s, and what we do everyday her, talking, talking, laughing, discussing, and smurfing is the best way to have a fan club...

PS: I was a member of a Smurf´s Fan Club some years ago...The document for memberships of this fan club must be in somewhere in my disorderly home...I will look for it and take a photo :D

The Seller of that Smurf was the same one who had auctioned the Gold pig. I wonder if she is going to be auctioning off more.
( I remember the Myrtle Beach location and thought it was a great place to live).

Doreen, have you been to MB? My parents used to have a condo down there when I was younger. I used to love going there :D
