I'm on a roll tonight.
I think the Portugal version of this is mentioned in Frank Oswald's catalogue( which is at my flat) could someone have a look and see if there is any special variation with it please?

This is the description in the DSK:
red Peg molded in one piece, Hurdle brown, PVC white
It looks like it's the fact that it has white PVC that makes it different according to the description.
