I received some nice packages today includingsome interesting smurfies so I thought I would share them with you guys....well not literally of course

The first ones is just a normal gold that I thought might of been one I didn't have but I was wrong...and the otheris a nice CNT American Footballer with different colours. I had been after one of those Footballers for a while. The DSK says there are Schleich ones like these but I have my doubts....what do you guys think????

Postby Syd Smurf » Mon Sep 12, 2005 2:55 am
The rest of the smurfs here came from a trade I did with JT which I am really pleased about.

I had the Pirate with the red shirt but I have been hoping to get the one with the yellow variation so I was pleased about that.

Here are 2 pics of fake smurfs that you could take home to meet Attom

PS - Attom....or anyone else...know what the white smurf is? I am sure its been mentioned before but I can't remember their name or anything about them.

The final pics also came from JT and were what started sparked the idea of trading to begin with. These are painted mini smurfs but I don't know a lot about them...does anyone here know anything at all about them?

There are some in the DSK on page 312 but they only feature about 4-5 and the only one in there that I have is the Gymnast smurf.....does anyone know if these are the same?

Anyway I really love these and wanna give a big thanks to JT for a nice trade......and also an equal big thank you to Gerda, Stace & Attom for their recent trades which have been absolutely fantastic...exceptfor Staci's.....cos that one is due later this week but I am sure it will be as great as the others as well.

Thanks guys :D

Oops...there was a 10th mini as well which is the Flying Smurf....it was late and missed the photo session...but I just found him now :)

I think there are 12 of these mini smurfs. You are missing at least Smurfette and some other that I just can't get in to my head. Janne or Pauli knows more about these.

Nice new arrivals Dyar, you have really beauties there. I love the CNT American football smurf, I have him on my want list but actually getting one is quite difficult isn't it. I agree with you about the DSK, I also am not sure whether there was an official release in these colours but I don't have any real info on them sorry.

I love the Finnish minis, I think they are so cute. I was lucky to do a trade with Pauli a while back for some. I'm not sure these are the ones in the Katalog but I haven't got a book to hand to check. Here are mine to see if there are any different ones to yours. I know Pauli knows a lot more about them. :D

HI!

as soon as I saw the post title listing some UGLIES! I knew I'd like what I saw!

I also have several of the CNT football player and havn;t seen a schleich one ever :) yet anyway :)

I always no matter what love that pirate smurf! he is so cute!
by the way your fakes here are all old school ones! much rarer and more $$$ that pirate used to sell for over 50 euros

and I also have that lantern smurf and the drummer and the hammer guy.. they are from a similar fake maker..

and worth alot more then their regular smurf counter parts

that white one with the blue hat is a fake key chain smurf who comes with various hat colors and also in dark and light green.

sometimes he sells for 20 euro each

nice mini's too! I also got mine from Pauli

and I think he mentioned they were from a chocolate promotion.???.in Sweden and are as common there as our Kinder smurfs are here.

thats all I remember him saying..about them..

I like the farmer one the most as he is in a red apron..

Great info everyone...I knew I could reply on you guys to shine some light on these.....thank you :D

So it looks like I need to find the Lute & the Smurfette ones now....oh and the Schleich American Footballer too......although I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for one to come along as I think they would be pretty rare and very much sought after by all of the collectors with more money and credit than I do :(

Postby Smurf1303 » Mon Sep 12, 2005 8:39 pm
Thanks for info Martin.

Is there also then a genuine version with Schleich S W.Germany markings too, which is what DSK has down for that colour variation, does anyone know?

Cheers
Helen

Ou yeah! The last missing is the one playing lute.

I also have these for trade sporadically. Right now I have two. The other I can't remember right now but the other is papa smurf.

If anyone is interested on these, let me know and I'll keep you in mind when I find more of these.

hey Dyar, I have one of those small smurf keyring ones, the one that you asked attom about. Mine is actually coloured like a smurf though. white hat and pants with blue skin. So is this a fake smurf? I never knew. And I can't remember where I got mine from. I never really liked this item. I'm not much of a fan for the fake smurfs either.

Brad.

Hi Yonna

If you, JT or Pauli could find the 2 missing ones or even a replacement for the Gymnast as he has a broken bit then I would be really appreciative. These look so much nicer than I thought they would be so a big thanks again to JT.

Thank you guys....I think these are really nice items.

That's interesting that you have one too Brad.....I didn't like fakes at first but they do kind of grow on you after a while of collecting.......Attom is defiantely responsible for making me like them alot quicker than I would of naturally.

I really don't know where I got him or what year. I don't think I paid for him... or at least I wouldn't have brought it. It's not really a favourite of mine, like I said, I'm not keen on the fakes. Will have to find it and take a photo. It doesn't have a key chain on it like yours has the little metal loop still attached.

Brad.
