That's really nice Janne. Is it new or second hand? It looks too perfect to be old.

Hi Tojo.
It´s second hand. It is in good condition, picture is clear and unharmed. There is text "(c) Peyo / Semic" written in smurfs right feet. I assume that Semic is a Swedish comic publisher and this might have been a gift or something. Or could there be a lot more like this?
I guess it is 80´s or early 90´s item, but can´t know for sure. Maybe some of our Swedish friends can tell us more? Semic had published smurf comics in Finland also, but I doubt this is "that" local item.

Attom, I bet cereals would taste different eaten from this bowl. And glass of juice from that smurf drinking glass :)

Wow, nice one! Semic is indeed an editor (they have edited comics in many countries, incluing Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium). It looks genuine and quite old (early eighties?), and I wouldn't use it, for fear of scratching it.

Hi Janne

That's a beautiful collector's piece you have found there...but I am with Fram, I couldn't use it incase I broke it...a bit like what I said to Mrs Dyar about the car the other night.

That is lovely!!! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! I love cereal, especially Sugar Puffs (tell 'em about the honey mummy) and I eat bowls and bowls and bowls of them. :dancing:

LOL Karen....me personally I find it hard to eat anything in the morning so I need to be awake for a few hours before I can eat something...a few hours after waking up is usually lunch time anyway so I quite often skip breaky and just have lunch......although I would be willing to try some of those sugar puffs as my favourite cereals are Coco Pops, Frosties & Froot Loops.

Dyar...just like a vanilla thickhead only cranky

I just have my bowls in a case and don't use them, too afraid they will break.
I'm like you Dyar, I cant eat in the morning and usually have to wait till lunch before able to eat. My breakfast is a pot of coffee. I love cereal, but only eat it at night for dinner. i guess I am a bit backwards

Hey Gerda...maybe we are related as I am just labelled odd or contrary around here. I will have a cup of tea in the morning but that usually fills me up and I have no need for food after that.

You have some really nice smurf plates/bowls and....well everything actually.....I would hate to be one of yoru kids if they were to accidentally break one. My Mum has never forgiven me for playing frisbee with all of her vinyl records down the road when I was 8 years old....boy oh boy was I in trouble then.

Dyar

PS - My arguement that the scratches helped make it better by making the album play longer didn't really help either.
